Wall?

Some people..

keep their walls up..coz they think this will protect them from the hurt,

but what side of the wall is the hurt on?

the hurt they avoid isnt outside of them

its inside

their walls dont keep the hurt out

they keep the hurt in

instead of protecting them

they become their prisoner

what should these people do?

they must trust..that..they will be ok no matter what happens

they must open their heart...and express their love..

as they do this..they change the world around them

they bring out the best in people

they create a life full of love and joy

dont be yourself..improve yourself..step by step..it s better late than never

turn over a new leaf..
